Paradiso

Paradiso is located in the heart of Cruz Bay in Mongoose Junction. Pass through the architectural elegance of old world stonework into the warm embrace of Paradiso's parquet floors, mahogany bar and dramatic interior.

Paradiso offers contemporary American fare beautifully presented by Paul Trujillo. With specialties such as pan-fried shrimp and lobster dumplings with mango vinaigrette, wild mushroom ravioli and truly decadent desserts.

The Tap Room

The Tap Room is our island microbrewery and bar and the home of St. John Brewers.

Kevin and Cheech are always brewing new styles of beer and sodas that they serve on draft including their Tropical Mango Pale Ale, Island Summer ale, and Island Hoppin IPA.

For you non-beer drinkers, be sure to try our homemade Root Beer, Ginger Beer, and our Green Flash energy drink on draft.

We also offer a wine and liquor selection as well as non-alcoholic drinks. Stop in to sample one of several draft options in our air conditioned bar or outdoor patio. We have great souvenirs to take back with you too.
